About RASPSYS LLP
RASPSYS LLP is headquartered in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We deliver projects globally and have served clients in India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Germany.
We have delivered projects across healthcare, financial services, retail, logistics, education, manufacturing, real estate, and technology. Our industries page covers sector-specific context and use cases for each area. If your sector is not listed, contact us - we work across many more.
We work with both growing SMEs and larger enterprise organisations. Project size ranges from focused engagements (a single Salesforce configuration or targeted data migration) to multi-month programmes spanning implementation, integration, and application development. We scope each project based on your requirements - not a minimum spend threshold.
Yes. The majority of our projects are delivered fully remotely using structured communication and project management practices. We use sprint demos, regular video calls, shared project boards, and documented handover materials to ensure you remain fully informed and in control - regardless of geography.
Salesforce Consulting
We implement the full Salesforce product range including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Tableau CRM / Analytics, CPQ, Field Service Lightning, and Salesforce Integration Cloud (MuleSoft). Our team advises on the right combination for your requirements before any configuration begins.
Timeline depends on scope. A focused Sales Cloud setup for a small team can go live in 4-6 weeks. A multi-cloud implementation with custom development, data migration, and integrations typically runs 3-6 months. We provide a detailed, milestone-based timeline after the discovery phase - we do not quote vague ballpark figures.
Our team includes certified Salesforce professionals across multiple Salesforce credentials. For current partner status and individual certifications, please contact us directly - we will provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.
Yes. Salesforce health audits and optimisation are a core part of our work. We assess your existing org for technical debt, broken automations, unused licences, security gaps, and adoption issues - then prioritise and fix them. Many clients see faster results from an optimisation engagement than from starting over.
Yes. We offer post-launch support ranging from hypercare immediately after go-live through to ongoing Salesforce administration as a managed service. We also offer quarterly optimisation reviews where we assess platform performance against your evolving business goals. Support packages are scoped based on your team's internal capabilities.
Data Migration & Integration
We have experience migrating from Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, SugarCRM, spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), and various legacy databases. We can also handle Salesforce-to-Salesforce org merges or sandbox-to-production promotions. If your source system is not listed, contact us - we assess each case individually.
We apply a structured methodology: full data audit ? field mapping ? data cleansing ? pilot migration (typically 5-10% of records) ? validation sign-off ? full migration ? post-migration audit. We never run a full migration without a validated pilot first. Rollback procedures are documented before migration begins.
We work with Dell Boomi, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Informatica, Salesforce Integration Cloud, and custom REST/SOAP API development. Platform selection is based on your existing technology stack, data volume requirements, and long-term maintenance considerations - not a preferred vendor relationship.
We design migrations to minimise business disruption. For most CRM migrations, we use a parallel-run approach where the new system is validated before the old one is switched off. Full migrations typically happen outside business hours. We document and agree the cutover plan with you in advance - there are no unplanned surprises.
Products (SFDC File Exporter & SFDC File Manager)
Yes. SFDC File Manager is currently available completely free of charge - no subscription, no licence fee, no hidden costs. Contact us to request access. See the SFDC File Manager product page for full details.
No. Both products are designed with data security as a first principle. SFDC File Manager is 100% Salesforce-native - your data never leaves Salesforce. SFDC File Exporter processes files locally on your machine via the Salesforce API - no data passes through any RASPSYS LLP or third-party server.
SFDC File Manager is a Salesforce-native app for reporting on and downloading files from within Salesforce - ideal for audits and selective downloads. SFDC File Exporter is a desktop tool designed for large-scale automated bulk exports, SOQL-targeted extractions, and scheduled recurring jobs where you need to move files out of Salesforce to local storage at scale. See our Products comparison table for a side-by-side breakdown.
Working With Us
The easiest way is to fill in our contact form or send an email to sales@raspsys.com. Describe your challenge or project briefly - you do not need a formal brief or RFP. We will respond within one business day to schedule a discovery conversation.
Every project follows the same structure: Discovery & Requirements ? Solution Design ? Agile Development (fortnightly sprints) ? Testing & UAT ? Go-Live ? Post-Launch Support. You are involved at every stage - we do not disappear between kickoff and delivery. See our Services page for the full process detail.
We offer both. Fixed-price engagements are appropriate for well-defined scopes where requirements are clear upfront. Time-and-materials is better for exploratory projects or ongoing managed services where scope evolves. We discuss the best model for your situation during scoping - the goal is always a pricing structure that gives you confidence and gives us room to deliver well.
Most real-world projects span multiple service areas. We scope what you actually need rather than packaging you into a predefined service tier. If you have a mixed requirement - say, a Salesforce implementation that also needs a data migration and a new mobile app - we can scope and deliver all of it through a single coordinated engagement.
