Workspace Design
Structure modelled on your delivery process.
- Workspace and board architecture
- Status, column and item design
- Permissions and guest access
monday.com adoption fails when the structure fights how work actually flows. This package designs the boards, automations and dashboards around your delivery process.
We spend the first phase on process and the second on configuration. Doing it the other way round is why boards go stale.
Structure modelled on your delivery process.
Removing the manual status-chasing.
Manager views that do not require opening five boards.
From spreadsheets, Trello, Asana or Jira.
Connecting to CRM, finance and dev tooling.
Conventions and training so it stays current.
A structured engagement model that de-risks delivery and gets working output into your team's hands early.
A short call to confirm the package fits what you actually need.
Written scope, deliverables, timeline and price. No ranges so wide they mean nothing.
Requirements, access and a named point of contact on both sides.
Built in agreed stages with review points you control.
Documentation, training and an agreed support arrangement.
The scope call is free. RASPSYS LLP will tell you where monday.com fits and where a CRM or Jira would serve better.
We deliver for clients across the UK, US, UAE, Canada, and Australia - with teams that work in your time zone.
Every package states what is included and what is not, before you commit.
Anything outside scope is quoted separately and agreed before work starts.
Delivered for clients across the UK, US, UAE, Canada and Australia.
The questions we are asked most often about monday.com Packages.
Price depends on scope, and we quote per engagement rather than publishing a rate card - a figure that covers every case is either too high for simple work or too low to deliver complex work properly. The scope call takes about 30 minutes and the written proposal that follows carries a fixed price, not a range.
A single-team workspace with automations and dashboards typically runs 3-5 weeks. Multi-team rollouts with migration from another tool run 6-10 weeks, with most of the extra time in agreeing shared conventions between teams rather than in configuration.
For most delivery and operations work, yes. Where it struggles is software engineering workflow with deep Git integration and sprint mechanics - Jira remains stronger there. Plenty of organisations run both and connect them, which we can set up.
Only if they match how people work, which is why the process phase comes first. We also hand over naming conventions and a named admin - unowned workspaces degrade within a few months regardless of how well they were built.
