Application Inventory
What you run, who owns it, what it costs.
- Full application discovery
- Licence and spend mapping
- Owner and usage assessment
Most growing organisations accumulate tools nobody owns and licences nobody counts. This package maps the estate, costs it, and gives you a defensible plan.
The first deliverable is usually uncomfortable: the list of what you are paying for and who actually uses it.
What you run, who owns it, what it costs.
Identifying overlap and genuine redundancy.
A sequenced plan rather than a wish list.
What the estate costs now and could cost.
Where you are over-committed or under-served.
So the sprawl does not simply return.
A structured engagement model that de-risks delivery and gets working output into your team's hands early.
A short call to confirm the package fits what you actually need.
Written scope, deliverables, timeline and price. No ranges so wide they mean nothing.
Requirements, access and a named point of contact on both sides.
Built in agreed stages with review points you control.
Documentation, training and an agreed support arrangement.
The initial call is free. RASPSYS LLP will tell you whether the scale of your estate justifies it.
We deliver for clients across the UK, US, UAE, Canada, and Australia - with teams that work in your time zone.
Findings come from usage and spend data, not opinions about what is used.
Anything outside scope is quoted separately and agreed before work starts.
Delivered for clients across the UK, US, UAE, Canada and Australia.
The questions we are asked most often about Portfolio Management.
Price depends on scope, and we quote per engagement rather than publishing a rate card - a figure that covers every case is either too high for simple work or too low to deliver complex work properly. The scope call takes about 30 minutes and the written proposal that follows carries a fixed price, not a range.
Four to six weeks for a mid-sized estate. Most of that is gathering accurate spend and usage data, which is usually scattered across finance, IT and individual departments - the analysis itself is quicker than the collection.
Sometimes, and we will show the evidence rather than just the conclusion. The recommendation is yours to accept or reject; our job is to make the trade-off visible. Often the finding is not that a tool is bad but that you are paying for three that overlap.
We can, where it falls within what we deliver - CRM, integration and development. Where it does not, we will say so and help you brief another supplier. We would rather hand off work than take on something outside our competence.
