CRM Setup
Modules, fields and pipelines modelled on your sales process.
- Pipeline and stage design
- Custom modules and fields
- Layouts and validation rules
Zoho is capable and inexpensive, and its default configuration suits nobody in particular. This package sets it up around your pipeline, then gets your team using it.
Most Zoho estates we inherit were self-implemented and abandoned halfway. Getting the data model right first is what makes the rest stick.
Modules, fields and pipelines modelled on your sales process.
From spreadsheets or another CRM, with history intact.
Blueprints and workflows that remove manual admin.
Connecting the suite so it stops being separate products.
Dashboards your managers will actually open.
So adoption survives the first month.
A structured engagement model that de-risks delivery and gets working output into your team's hands early.
A short call to confirm the package fits what you actually need.
Written scope, deliverables, timeline and price. No ranges so wide they mean nothing.
Requirements, access and a named point of contact on both sides.
Built in agreed stages with review points you control.
Documentation, training and an agreed support arrangement.
The scope call is free. RASPSYS LLP will compare Zoho against Salesforce and HubSpot for your situation.
We deliver for clients across the UK, US, UAE, Canada, and Australia - with teams that work in your time zone.
Every package states what is included and what is not, before you commit.
Anything outside scope is quoted separately and agreed before work starts.
Delivered for clients across the UK, US, UAE, Canada and Australia.
The questions we are asked most often about Zoho Packages.
Price depends on scope, and we quote per engagement rather than publishing a rate card - a figure that covers every case is either too high for simple work or too low to deliver complex work properly. The scope call takes about 30 minutes and the written proposal that follows carries a fixed price, not a range.
Zoho delivers most of the core CRM capability at a fraction of the licence cost, and suits teams up to roughly fifty users with a reasonably standard sales process. Salesforce wins on deep customisation, complex approvals and its ecosystem. We implement both and will say plainly which your requirements point to.
Yes - from Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or spreadsheets. The data work is the bulk of it: deduplication, deciding what counts as an open opportunity, and preserving activity history so your pipeline reporting stays meaningful across the cutover.
Yes. Most of the value in Zoho comes from the suite working together - CRM with Books for invoicing, Desk for support, Campaigns for marketing. Implemented separately they become silos, which defeats the point of choosing Zoho One.
