Data Migration Services That Protect What Matters Most - Your Data

Moving business data between systems is complex and high-stakes. RASPSYS LLP applies a proven methodology that keeps your data complete, consistent, and correctly mapped from day one.

The Data Migration Challenges We Solve

Most data migration projects run into the same critical obstacles. We have seen them all - and we have built our process around preventing every one of them.

Dirty & Duplicate Records

Migrating unclean data just moves the problem to a new system. We run data profiling and deduplication before a single record is loaded into the target.

Broken Object Relationships

Parent-child relationships, lookup fields, and custom junction objects must be migrated in precise sequence. Our dependency-mapping process preserves every relational link.

Missing Attachments & Files

Files and attachments are often left behind or corrupted during migrations. We treat file migration as a first-class deliverable, not an afterthought.

Business Downtime & Disruption

Unplanned outages cost revenue and team confidence. Our parallel-run and phased migration strategies minimise cutover windows and keep your team productive throughout.

Compliance Risks During Migration

Data in transit is data at risk. We apply encryption, role-based access controls, and audit logging throughout every migration to keep your data compliant and secure.

Incorrect Field Mapping

Wrong field types, truncated values, and mismatched picklists silently corrupt data. We validate every field mapping against source and target schema before execution.

Our Data Migration Capabilities

Whether you are moving to Salesforce for the first time, consolidating multiple orgs, or lifting data out of a legacy platform, we have done it before.

Legacy CRM to Salesforce

Migrate from Zoho, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM, or any custom CRM to Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud - with full data integrity and custom object mapping.

Salesforce Org Merges

Consolidate multiple Salesforce orgs after acquisitions or restructuring. We handle cross-org record ID remapping, duplicate resolution, and metadata alignment.

ERP to CRM Migration

Extract customer, order, and product data from SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and other ERP systems and migrate into Salesforce with correct object relationships and business logic.

Database-to-Database Transfers

Move structured data between relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle DB) with full schema transformation and referential integrity maintained.

Attachment & File Migration

Migrate Notes & Attachments, Salesforce Files (ContentDocument), and third-party document stores into the correct Salesforce records, preserving file names and metadata.

Historical Data Archiving

Move older records out of your active system into compliant archives without breaking reporting continuity or audit trails - keeping your live org lean and performant.

Our 6-Step Migration Methodology

A disciplined, repeatable process built to eliminate risk at every stage - from initial discovery through to final sign-off.

Assessment & Discovery

We inventory your source systems, document all objects, fields, relationships, and volumes, and identify data quality issues before any migration work begins.

Data Profiling & Cleansing

Source data is profiled for duplicates, nulls, invalid formats, and referential integrity violations. We cleanse and standardise before loading - not after.

Field Mapping & Transformation

Every source field is mapped to its target equivalent with documented transformation rules. Picklist values, data types, and relationships are all validated against the target schema.

Pilot Migration & Validation

A controlled subset of records is migrated first. We run row-count checks, spot-check business-critical records, and reconcile counts before proceeding to full migration.

Full Migration

The complete data set is migrated following the validated sequence - parent objects first, child records second, files last. All operations are logged for full traceability.

Post-Migration Audit

We deliver a final reconciliation report covering record counts, attachment counts, error logs, and sign-off checkpoints. You know exactly what moved and what was verified.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions our clients ask most often before starting a data migration project.

We migrate all standard and custom Salesforce objects - Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases, and custom objects - along with relational records, attachments, files stored in ContentDocument and ContentVersion, notes, tasks, email history, and historical data from legacy CRM systems, ERP platforms, and relational databases. If it can be extracted from the source system, we can map and load it into the target.

Our methodology includes pre-migration data profiling, row-count reconciliation at every phase, checksum validation on critical fields, pilot migrations with full audit logs, and a post-migration reconciliation report. We run a controlled test migration before executing the full data load - so errors are identified and corrected before they affect production data. No migration is signed off until counts match and business-critical records are manually verified.

We plan every migration to minimise business disruption. Our process uses a parallel-run approach where possible, scheduling large data loads during off-peak hours or weekends. For critical systems, we design a phased migration plan that keeps both the source and target systems live during transition, with a defined and rehearsed cutover window. Most clients experience zero operational downtime.

Yes - file and attachment migration is one of our specialisations. We handle the classic Notes & Attachments model as well as the modern Files model (ContentDocument, ContentVersion, ContentDocumentLink), and can migrate these across orgs or from legacy systems. Our SFDC File Exporter product is purpose-built to support bulk file extraction as part of this process, preserving original filenames, formats, and parent record associations.
