Salesforce Experience Cloud - Branded Portals Powered by Your CRM Data

Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) lets you build branded digital experiences - customer portals, partner sites, and employee communities - that connect directly to your Salesforce org. RASPSYS LLP designs and builds Experience Cloud sites that your users will actually use.

Experience Cloud - Common Questions

Yes. Experience Cloud supports custom domains, custom CSS, and fully branded themes - so your portal looks and feels like part of your own website, not a Salesforce page. We work with your design team to implement your brand identity, or we can provide UX design as part of the engagement.

Experience Cloud uses Salesforce's sharing and security model to control data visibility. External users only see records that are explicitly shared with them - via sharing rules, account relationships, or portal user permissions. We configure the sharing model carefully to ensure customers see their own data and nothing else.

A standard customer self-service portal typically takes 8-14 weeks. A more complex partner community with deal registration, lead management, and custom LWC components may take 3-5 months. We provide a detailed scope and timeline after an initial requirements workshop.
