SAP to CRM Integration
Bi-directional connectivity between SAP and Salesforce or Dynamics.
- Customer and account master sync
- Order and invoice visibility in CRM
- Pricing and availability lookups
SAP holds the financial truth; your CRM holds the customer one. RASPSYS builds the integration and process alignment that stops your teams reconciling the two by hand.
We are an integration and CRM consultancy, so our SAP work centres on connecting it to the commercial systems around it.
Bi-directional connectivity between SAP and Salesforce or Dynamics.
Move master and transactional data in or out of SAP safely.
Remove the manual re-keying between finance and commercial teams.
Connectivity through MuleSoft, Boomi or direct API work.
One set of numbers both finance and sales recognise.
Controls so the integration does not quietly corrupt the ledger.
A structured engagement model that de-risks delivery and gets working output into your team's hands early.
We map which system owns which field, which is where most disputes start.
Integration architecture, transformation logic and failure handling.
Interfaces built and tested against production-like volumes.
Parallel running until both systems agree without manual help.
Monitoring and support as SAP and CRM both change.
Most engagements start with a short discovery call. RASPSYS LLP will map your systems and scope the integration honestly.
We deliver for clients across the UK, US, UAE, Canada, and Australia - with teams that work in your time zone.
Our SAP work is about connecting it well, not reimplementing it.
Supporting enterprises across the UK, US, UAE, Canada and Australia.
We settle which system owns each field before writing a line of mapping.
The questions we are asked most often about SAP Services.
No, and we would not claim to. Full SAP implementation is a specialist discipline with its own ecosystem. What we do is connect SAP to the CRM and commercial systems around it, migrate data in and out, and automate the processes that currently cross the gap by hand.
Explicitly, in writing, before any mapping is built. Usually SAP owns financial and master data while CRM owns the commercial relationship, but the edges - pricing, credit limits, addresses - need deciding case by case. Skipping this is why integrations end up overwriting each other.
MuleSoft and Dell Boomi most often, and direct API work where the volume does not justify platform licensing. SAP exposes IDoc, BAPI and OData interfaces; which is right depends on volume, latency and whether the operation must be transactional.
Yes, and it is one of the highest-value integrations we build. The design decision is caching versus live lookup: live is accurate but adds latency and load, cached is fast but can be stale. We usually cache with a short TTL and go live for the final quote step.
