Dataset & Dataflow Design
Recipes and dataflows that produce fast, accurate datasets.
- Dataflow and recipe development
- Multi-object joins and augmentation
- Incremental refresh scheduling
CRM Analytics puts insight inside Salesforce, next to the record someone is looking at. RASPSYS builds the datasets, dashboards, and predictions that make that worth the licence.
Standard Salesforce reports run out of road quickly. CRM Analytics picks up where they stop - but only if the dataflows underneath are designed properly.
Recipes and dataflows that produce fast, accurate datasets.
Embedded dashboards that answer questions at the point of decision.
Predictive models surfaced as guidance inside the record, not a separate tool.
Analytics that respect the sharing model your org already enforces.
Dashboards that load in seconds rather than tens of seconds.
Training so the dashboards get used after the launch email.
A structured engagement model that de-risks delivery and gets working functionality into your team's hands early.
We agree the questions the analytics must answer and who acts on them.
Dataset and dataflow architecture built for those questions.
Dashboards developed iteratively with real users.
Row-level security validated against your sharing model.
Training, embedding, and post-launch refinement.
Most CRM Analytics engagements start with a short discovery call rather than a full proposal. RASPSYS LLP will review your current systems, tell you what is realistically achievable, and give you an honest view of scope and cost - with no obligation.

The same team knows your objects, automation, and data model - not just the charts.
The questions we are asked most often about CRM Analytics.
Standard reports are fine for straightforward tabular questions on one or two related objects. CRM Analytics handles multi-object joins, external data blending, much larger volumes, and far richer interactivity - plus predictive capability through Einstein Discovery. The trade-off is licence cost and genuine implementation effort.
Yes - it is the same product, renamed. It launched as Wave Analytics, became Einstein Analytics, then Tableau CRM, and is now CRM Analytics. Documentation and community posts still use all four names, which makes searching for answers unnecessarily confusing.
Not automatically, and this is the single most common implementation mistake. Datasets are flattened copies, so sharing must be explicitly configured through security predicates or by flattening the role hierarchy into the dataset. We validate this against real user profiles before go-live, because getting it wrong exposes data.
Only if you will act on the predictions. A churn or win-probability score is worthless if no process changes when it fires. We ask what decision the prediction will drive before recommending it - and if there is no clear answer, we say the dashboards alone are enough for now.
